We use a range of dedicated postal and courier service providers to ensure a safe arrival of your Mysa product.

Shipping Rates

FREE shipping on all orders over €100 in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland


  • Republic of Ireland, Standard Shipping from €2.99 to €9.99 (rate by weight)

  • Northern Ireland, Standard Shipping from €2.99 to €9.99 (rate by weight)

  • United Kingdom, Standard Shipping from €3.99 to €14.99 (rate by weight)

At this time we are only able to offer local shipping to Ireland and UK. If you would like to ship your order Internationally, please get in touch with us directly so we can accommodate your order.

Please note that for international shipping the customer may need to pay an additional fee for local tax, duties and customs imports where the customer will be charged directly. See below 'Duties and International Fees' for more information.

Duties and International Fees

Typically, customs or import duties are charged when the package arrives at its destination country. Payment of such fees is to be paid by the receiver. These fees are usually paid to your local government and are not implemented or collected by Mysa and therefore cannot be refunded.

We do not have control over customs fees and cannot estimate or confirm what these fees would be, since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We recommend contacting the local customs office for information on fees before placing your order, to avoid unforeseen charges.

Shipping Times

Once your order is confirmed and payment received, your items will be packed, dispatched and shipped as soon as possible. Please allow additional time for customised bracelets to be delivered. 

We aim to ship our handmade bracelets within 5 -7 business days. We hope you can understand that these shipping times may very slightly.


For any unexpected dispatch delays, we will ensure to contact you directly via the email you provided when placing your order. Please note that transport times for international shipping and delivery are subject to change dependant on customers location.


Order Confirmation

If you have been charged for your purchase and the product amount has been taken from your bank account but you did not receive a confirmation of payment or order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at

Order Tracking


Once your purchase has been dispatched, we will contact you to confirm it’s on the way. Following that, you will receive notice from the respective delivery partner with details to track your order.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order once it has not been dispatched, by contacting us as soon as possible at


Order Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer any refunds and returns due to our small amount of product stock. However, if your product has been damaged in transit during delivery, we can offer you a product exchange instead.
